Open concept house with loft and cathedral ceilings is perfect for large families.


Single floor living with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and loft area.


Master bedroom has king bed, en suite bathroom and jacuzzi tub.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed.

Large loft with queen bed and work station.

Amenities

Amenities include shared beach, large outdoor deck, gas grille, large backyard, fire pit, free WiFi, wood stove and central air conditioning.


Just added air hockey table and ping pong table!


There's plenty of room for your snowmobile trailers.

*** January to May Long-Term Rental is available $4,200/month

Minimum 3 night rental.

$500 Security Deposit.

$185 Cleaning Fee.

10% Discount for rentals 7 days or longer

January, February and March weekdays $225/night, weekends (Friday/Saturday) $275/night.


February School vacation week $325/night.


April weekdays $205/night, weekends (Friday/Saturday) $275/night.


April School vacation week $275/night.


May weekdays $250/night, weekends (Friday/Saturday) $300/night.


Memorial Day weekend $425/night.


Summer weekday rate is $450/night.

Summer weekend rate is $480/night.


Labor Day weekend $425/night.


September weekdays $325/night, weekends (Friday/Saturday) $375/night.


Columbus Day weekend $400/night.


October, November and December weekdays $275/night,

weekends (Friday/Saturday) $300/night.


Christmas Vacation week $400/night.
